About Steve Solcz

Steve relocated to the Low Country from Pearl River, NY in 2006. Steve entered real estate while in New York and is an expert in the Hilton Head/Bluffton areas having vacationed here for years before relocating. Prior to entering real estate, Steve had a successful career with Verizon, IBM, and AT&T, focusing on leading teams to address programming, new business and technology development, mergers and acquisitions, and interfacing with the FCC on the expansion of the cellular industry. He holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in computer technology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration degree with marketing and management as co-majors.
