ONLΥ 5-star rеvіewѕ frοm аll the ѕhοrt term rentals. Including а toр of the line turn key adventure awaits you in this 2/2 condo come see Admirals Row and all of HHB&TR. Fire system completed; the work is done, and the assessment PAID off, yes the special assessments have been paid in full. This condo was stripped almost completely to the studs and rebuilt using first class materials. It is 100% completely renovated top to bottom, front to back with great attention given to details the owners and their guests would really like. The owners have had 48 ALL 5-star guest reviews. A number of them mention this fact. Most of the guests are returnees from previous years who pay premium rental prices for their stays there. Just a quick look at active units, and you will see this south side facing the ocean and pool has great views to accomadate the turn key renovation. Nothing to do but bring your sandels and beach umbrella. The renovation costs to equal this condo today, at today's prices, would exceed $100,000. This is a Turn Key condo. Everything in it is included and can be rented starting on the day the sale is closed. The owner will give the new buyer all 5 years rentals information for their guests at closing. Their rental income was significant, especially considering they only accepted 7 night rentals AND did not accept credit card payments, Obviously, many more rental dollars could be mined from this condo if these policies were changed. There is a 4th year repeat winter guest booked for 8 weeks for nearly enough to cover all 2027 regime fees. Closing the sale before 1/10/27 will earn the buyer this rental income which equates to 8+ months of HOA fees.
